I am very satisfied with the completed works. I have dealt with a few contractors before for the renovation of my other properties but none has come any closer to the standards as displayed by Lillian. One important trait that Lillian displayed was that there was constant communication between us and her.

The design concepts are very creative, stylish and yet practical for everyday use. Equally important was their time and effort spent to manage the entire renovation project. At the end, the renovation turned out to be more than what we have expected.

I would like to extend my appreciation to your senior interior designer, Mr. Alvin Yap whom i have engaged in late 2014 for my BTO renovation.
My family was looking around for an interior designer firm to cater for our budget and ideas. We came across Vegas through some design drawing from facebook so we decided to pay a visit to your company. Alvin shared with us some concept and design which could incorporate into our idea and further improve the overall picture. We were quite impressed with his honesty, creativity as well as professionalism hence we decided to give him an opportunity to work on our ideas.
The renovation started at the end of the year, which is also a tough period for securing contractors. Alvin was efficient and responsible from the way he handles the project. He was very sharp in pointing out the potential issue we might face due to limitation in our house and provide adequate solution to ensure our design doesn’t drift to far apart.
Alvin possessed excellent communication skill that allow us to understand the work required to perform and first hand news on the progress through multimedia application.

We would like to make a commendation on your Manager, Jonathan Tay, who had given us excellent and hassle-free renovation experience.
Background – We got to know Jonathan when he first handled our renovation project 13 years ago (also through Vegas). Jonathan’s immense knowledge in ID and project co-ordination were unquestionable. This gave us the faith to engage his services again when we bought a resale flat few months ago. We knew that he would not fail us. Even though this resale flat required extensive renovation and a need to work within tight timelines, we were certain that we could fully entrust and dependent on Jonathan based on his wide experiences (no doubt on that).
Strength – Jonathan was a very hands-on Manager, he would voluntarily take on some tasks which were out of his core responsibilities. This amazed us as we thought that those jobs should be done by his co-workers. However, his reply would always be ‘It’s ok, no problem, I can do it, I will rush it out for you’. We were truly very touched and thankful to him for his great initiatives and also being meticulous in every aspects (we were stress-free). And, not only he was able to manage my home renovation efficiently, concurrently, he was also handling my parents-in-law’s new house renovation. His ability to multi-task and efficient working attitude had proven us that we had engaged the right person!
EQ – Jonathan had demonstrated high EQ and cordial working relationships with other co-workers (such as electricians, plumbers, carpenters, etc.). We viewed this as vital importance, since he would need to manage the workers and to give them instructions and timelines to meet. On the other hand, he would also ensure that our expectations were met. Tough job indeed.
It was indeed a great pleasure working with Jonathan Tay and we (including my parents-in-law) were very satisfied with his work and positive attitude. We would definitely recommend Jonathan to our families, relatives and friends should they need to look for ID.
